Pour Hydro Ottawa, ce Cadre est l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9tayer son engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019excellence en durabilit\u00e9 et en rendement environnemental, social et de gouvernance (ESG), et de r\u00e9affirmer son objectif d\u2019atteindre la carboneutralit\u00e9 dans ses activit\u00e9s d\u2019ici 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les principales bonifications apport\u00e9es au Cadre \u00e9tendent sa port\u00e9e afin d\u2019inclure des filiales comme la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de capitaux Hydro Ottawa; \u00e9largissent les cat\u00e9gories admissibles \u00e0 l\u2019affectation du produit des obligations vertes; et autorisent les investissements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 financer un plus vaste \u00e9ventail de programmes, notamment\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infrastructures de distribution d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 propre admissibles;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projets d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comme des syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9seau intelligent et de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initiatives en mati\u00e8re de biodiversit\u00e9 et de conservation, dont des projets de remise en \u00e9tat et de restauration des terres et des milieux naturels;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adaptation aux changements climatiques et rehaussement des capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9silience en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements m\u00e9t\u00e9o extr\u00eames et d\u2019inondations, de syst\u00e8mes de surveillance et de renforcement des r\u00e9seaux de distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hydro Ottawa compte affecter enti\u00e8rement le produit des obligations vertes aux Investissements admissibles dans les 36\u00a0mois suivant la date d\u2019\u00e9mission.
